Although former England and Kent fast bowler Alan Igglesden was unable to personally host his sixteenth charity golf day at Westerham Golf Club on Fri Oct 11th, Kevin and the rest of the IGD support crew pulled off another fabulously fun day.
We hope to continue, with your support, raising funds for The Brain Tumour Charity.Alan again has had a tough year, but to everyone's amazement he continues to defy the odds and keeps going. This inspires us to continue running this enjoyable day.
ABOUT ALAN
Alan was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 1999, and ever since he has been striving to raise much needed funds to support this most worthwhile Charity. Alan’s fund-raising efforts have totalled over £300,000 but he does not wishto stop there. Alan has been a patron of previous charity Brain Tumour UK prior to their merger a few years ago, making the charity The Brain Tumour Charity.
This is a not-for-profit website - 100% of all monies raised & donated go straight to Brain Tumour UK or other related good causes & charities.
